Description:
Traditional cutting is to use a knife with a sharp edge to press against the material to be cut. This pressure is concentrated at the cutting edge, and the pressure is very large, which exceeds the shear strength of the material to be cut, and the molecular bonds of the material are pulled apart and cut off. Since the material is pulled apart by strong pressure, the cutting edge of the cutting tool should be very sharp, and the material itself must bear a relatively large pressure. The cutting efficiency of soft, elastic materials is not high.
The rubber ultrasonic cutting machine is completely different. It uses the energy of ultrasonic waves to heat and melt the material to be cut locally, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting the material. Therefore, ultrasonic cutting does not require a sharp edge, nor does it require a lot of pressure, and it will not cause chipping and damage of the material to be cut. At the same time, due to the ultrasonic vibration of the cutting blade, the frictional resistance is very small, and the material to be cut is not easy to stick to the blade. This is especially effective for viscous and elastic materials, frozen materials such as food, rubber materials, objects that are inconvenient to pressurize, etc. Another great advantage of ultrasonic cutting is that it has a fusion effect on the cutting part while cutting, and seals the edge of the cutting part without causing flashing of textile materials. Ultrasonic cutter type cutting machine directly loads ultrasonic energy onto the cutter, and the cutter becomes a cutter with ultrasonic waves. When cutting materials, the materials are mainly softened and melted by ultrasonic energy, and the cutting edge of the cutter only plays the role of kerf positioning, ultrasonic energy output, and separation of materials. This cutting method is suitable for cutting thick, thick, long and other materials that are inconvenient to set a cutting board. Such as raw rubber cutting, pipe cutting, frozen meat, candy, chocolate cutting, cake cutting, printed circuit boards, etc.

Principle:
The principle of ultrasonic cutting is to convert 50/60Hz current into 20, 30 or 40KHz electrical energy through an ultrasonic generator. It is converted into mechanical vibration of the same frequency, which is then transmitted to the cutting knife through a set of amplitude modulators that can change the amplitude. The cutting knife transmits the vibration energy received to the cutting surface of the workpiece to be cut, and in this area, the vibration energy is used to cut the rubber material by activating the molecular energy of the rubber and opening the molecular chain.
